Nonprofit AI Skills is a library of standalone SKILL.md files covering fundraising, governance, finance, programs, communications, advocacy, people, strategy, technology, and executive leadership — alongside special collections for faith-based nonprofits, affordable housing, community development finance, retail & resale operations, and arts & culture. Each file gives an AI agent instructions for a particular kind of work, including frameworks, deliverables, and boundaries.
The files are written for hands-on practitioners and for advisors working with nonprofit clients. Browse the library by category, or search for the task you need to finish.
A skill is a starting point, not a sign-off.
The person using a skill is responsible for the work it produces. Check assumptions and source material, protect confidential information, and follow the supervision guidance attached to each file. No skill replaces professional judgment, legal advice, or an independent review.

The library is MIT licensed: you can use, copy, modify, and redistribute the skills. Adapt them for your organization, retain the license notice, and consider contributing improvements back through the GitHub repository.
